Mandi is a lover of all things fitness, and is truly enjoying her new adventure in kickboxing and jiu jitsu. Prior to becoming a wife and stay at home mom to three kids, Mandi worked as a Marriage/Family therapist. Mental and emotional health are equally as important, but often neglected when physical health is being emphasized. As a nutrition and fitness coach, Mandi believes in taking a holistic approach to people's health and wellness. She wants all her clients to learn how to view nutrition and fitness as something that can be enjoyed. God created each of us to be unique and that is Mandi's mindset when programming and coaching. It is her hope that each of her clients can find a fitness program that gives them a better quality of life!
